Alright, as you know, Team Arkatos has not been active for a very long time, and therefore, I have made the decission to start over almost completely from scratch. I'm keeping myself (xtutorxheartx) and SmokeytheFox (as an honorable mention for her idea and how awesome it is). Everyone else will be cleared out, and in other words, you will need to submit new references and information to me (remember grass or electric only unless you talk to me first). And, if you are not active enough to even check your messages at the least once a week, don't even bother signing up.
